Recommended Use 

H2Out is designed to be used during brief periods of water balance manipulation. Mix 1 serving (5.5g) with 500ml of water and consume 3 times per day. Do not use 3 servings per day for more than 5 consecutive days

Ideally each serving can be stacked alongside 1 serving of Electrolyte+.

Additionally, H2Out can also be stacked and taken alongside a daily serving of Astrag-Flow powder.
