How To Use

BOOGIEWHEY Dissolve a single portion of the product – 30 g (1.5 scoops) in 200 ml of water or milk, using a shaker or mixer. Use 2 servings a day. On training days: 1st serving in the morning after waking up, 2nd serving up to 1.5 hours. after training. On non-training days: 1st serving in the morning after waking up, 2nd serving between meals.

WARNINGS Do not exceed the recommended daily intake. The product cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. The preparation is not intended for children, pregnant and lactating women. A varied diet and a healthy lifestyle are important. The product may contain: soya, cereals containing gluten, eggs, peanuts and nuts. STORAGE: Store in a dry room, in a closed container, at a temperature of 15-25°C, out of the reach of small children. After opening, consume within 3 months.
